Cases Construction: reinforced 32mm Panel and Dowel for all cases.

Corner blocks, wood cleats, dowels, screws, and glue. Cases carry a top, middle, and bottom 4” skeleton rails.

Tops: are HPL over contract grade cores. Solid wood bands 3 sides.

End Panels: are 3 ply solid wood veneer over contract grade cores sealed or banded on all 4 sides.

Drawer Fronts: are 5 ply veneer over contract grade cores - often w/ solid wood applied decorative moldings.

Fronts are screwed on to a four sided drawer.

Back Panels: Hinges: are recessed and captured. are European style.

Drawer Box: is 4 sided. Sides are 5/8” thick and are maple grained over commercial grade core.

Drawers sides are doweled, glued, and pinned together.

Drawer bottom is 1/4” thick and is fitted into a tenon groove; pin nailed, glued, and sealed in place.

Side Glides: are commercial grade, positive stop, ball bearing type. Full extension or ¾. With a lifetime warranty.

Finishes: hand applied and will be of the highest commercial quality.
